В-общем Я считаю, что поздняк метаться. Если деньги там, то не стоит их выводить, если хотите завести рубли для покупки валюты, то такие транзакции тоже могут подвиснуть… Сейчас лучше не суетиться с зарубежными переводами вообще.

Хотя вроде как Тинькофф в выигрыше — он не списке и через него можно работать.

You are receiving this communication because you may have an existing instruction on file for at least one of the banks subject to sanctions. Please note that IBKR can no longer process transactions involving Sberbank and certain subsidiaries after March 26, 2022. You have until that date to withdraw funds from your IBKR account to your Sberbank account on file. After March 26, 2022, you will have to withdraw and deposit funds through a different bank.
